1. Introduction

Managing your EPF can be complex and time-consuming. Fogs Consultants simplifies this process by offering expert assistance through comprehensive service packages. Our services are designed to help you with EPF withdrawals, account merging, KYC updates, corrections, and more.

2. Service Packages & Validity

We offer service packages as detailed above, each with a specific validity period and scope of services. The validity period starts from the date of payment confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

• One-time payment: All payments are one-time charges, covering services within the specified validity period.
• Advance payment: Payments must be made in full before availing of any service.
• No instalments: No instalment plans or partial payments are allowed.
• Non-refundable: Payments are non-refundable once the service has been availed (subject to refund policy below).

4. Service Usage & Limitations

• Multiple requests: Customers can avail of services multiple times within the validity period, limited to the package scope.
• General Guidance: Limited to clarifying EPF processes, eligibility, and document requirements.
• Fair Usage Policy: Excessive or unreasonable use of services within the validity period may lead to service suspension at our discretion.
• Out-of-scope services: Services outside the package scope require a separate purchase or package upgrade.

5. Expiry & Renewal Policy

• Validity expiration: Once the validity period expires, customers must purchase a new package to continue receiving support.
• No carry forward: Unused service requests do not carry forward beyond the package validity period.
• Renewal discount: Existing customers may be eligible for renewal discounts – contact us for details.

6. Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best possible support. Refunds will be handled under the following conditions:

• Incomplete processing due to insufficient or incorrect documentation provided by the customer.
• Customer fails to respond or provide necessary details within the validity period.
• Once a service request has been successfully processed from our end.
• Change of mind after purchasing a package.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion for consideration.

7. No Guarantee of Approval

• Fogs Consultants acts as a facilitator for EPF-related processes. We do not guarantee approval of any claim or correction by EPFO.
• The final decision on all EPF applications rests solely with EPFO authorities.
• We guarantee 100% effort, expert handling, and correct filing – but cannot control EPFO's processing timelines or decisions.

8. Privacy & Data Security

• Customer information is handled with strict confidentiality.
• Personal details and documents shared with us will be used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties.
• All data is transmitted securely and stored in compliance with Indian data protection laws.

9. Dispute Resolution

• For service-related disputes, customers can contact our support team for resolution.
• Fogs Consultants reserves the right to refuse service in cases of fraudulent claims or misuse.
• Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Cochin, Kerala.
