Role Overview
Manage end-to-end recruitment for client mandates across sectors, from sourcing through offer negotiation, for a client base ranging from startups to established enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates against client briefs
- Manage interview coordination and structured feedback loops
- Support offer negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for repeat client mandates
- Track recruitment metrics and report on pipeline health
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Experience managing multiple client mandates simultaneously
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Hire Forge experience a plus)
