Role Overview

Audit and advise on labour law, shops & establishments, minimum wages and statutory compliance obligations. Applications are accepted throughout the year — there is no closing date for Expert Network opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Audit client organisations against labour law and statutory obligations
• Advise on Shops & Establishments registration and renewals
• Review minimum-wage and statutory-compliance adherence across states
• Prepare clients for labour-department inspections and audits

Who We're Looking For

• 4+ years of labour law or statutory compliance experience
• Multi-state labour compliance knowledge across India
• Strong audit, documentation and reporting discipline
• Comfortable advising both HR teams and business owners directly
