What You'll Do
- Audit client organisations against labour law and statutory obligations
- Advise on Shops & Establishments registration and renewals
- Review minimum-wage and statutory-compliance adherence across states
- Prepare clients for labour-department inspections and audits
Who We're Looking For
- 4+ years of labour law or statutory compliance experience
- Multi-state labour compliance knowledge across India
- Strong audit, documentation and reporting discipline
- Comfortable advising both HR teams and business owners directly
