Role Overview
Support EPF registration, compliance, UAN and grievance matters for employers and employees as part of the FOGS EPF Expert Network. Applications are accepted throughout the year — there is no closing date for Expert Network opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Support employer and employee EPF registration and compliance queries
- Resolve UAN activation, KYC seeding and grievance matters
- Advise on EPF withdrawal, transfer and claim processes
- Represent FOGS's EPF Easy Connect platform in client-facing support
Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of EPF compliance or advisory experience
- Strong working knowledge of the EPFO portal and processes
- Patient, clear communicator for employee-facing queries
- Comfortable navigating EPF grievance and inspection processes
