What You'll Do
- Advise client organisations on ESIC registration and ongoing compliance
- Support employee ESIC claims, benefits and grievance resolution
- Review ESIC filings for accuracy ahead of statutory deadlines
- Guide clients through ESIC inspections and compliance audits
Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of ESIC or social-security compliance experience
- Working knowledge of ESI Act provisions and the ESIC portal
- Strong client communication and documentation discipline
- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and deadlines
Growth Opportunities
Strong performers progress to lead ESIC advisory for FOGS's larger corporate accounts, working closely with our broader compliance practice.
About the Network
You'll work within FOGS's ESIC & Social Security network, alongside the EPF and Labour Compliance teams that make up our statutory-compliance practice.
