Intellectual Property & Platform Usage Policy

1Proprietary Assets & Copyright

All software code, graphic interfaces, website designs, statutory audit checklists, calculation logic, Kerala HR compliance manuals, whitepapers, questionnaires, and databases accessible across the FOGS Consultants ecosystem are the exclusive intellectual property of FOGS Consultants (UDYAM-KL-02-0111828), protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and international copyright conventions.

2Trademarks, Brand Names & Platform Identities

The FOGS master brand and platform identities — including but not limited to FOGS Consultants, HR Forge, Compliance Forge, Payroll Forge, Legal Forge, Business Forge, Hire Forge, Talent Forge, Expert Forge, Training Forge, IT Forge, FogsBooks, EPF Easy Connect, ESIC Easy Connect, Saantvana, Fogs Insight, and Fogs Wellness — along with their respective logomarks, slogans, and trade dress, are proprietary marks of FOGS Consultants.

No party may use, copy, reproduce, or display these marks in commerce without prior written authorization.

3Platform Software Licensing & Client Rights

Subscribers to our SaaS platforms (Compliance Forge, FogsBooks, HRMS modules) receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform strictly for their internal business operations during the active subscription term.

4Restrictions & Prohibited Conduct

Users, clients, and visitors are strictly prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of our platform code, APIs, or calculators.
• Scraping, framing, or harvesting compliance checklists, rate schedules, or directory databases for commercial reselling.
• Redistributing or white-labeling downloadable compliance guides, manuals, and templates without express written attribution to FOGS Consultants.

5Ownership of Client Data

Clients retain 100% ownership of all confidential employee records, payroll registers, GST returns, and proprietary company documentation uploaded to our platforms. FOGS Consultants acts strictly as a data processor / fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

6IP Infringement Notices & Takedown

If you believe any content on our websites infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property rights, submit an official notice to our Legal Officer with relevant proof of ownership.
