FOGS Consultants believes that all occupational illnesses, workplace injuries, and environmental incidents are preventable. We are committed to fostering a safe, healthy, and ergonomically sound workplace for our team, clients, and contractor workforce in accordance with the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (OSH Code) and the Kerala Factories Rules, 1957.

2Office & Digital Ergonomics

• Ergonomic Standards: Providing adjustable seating, monitors, and proper posture support to prevent repetitive strain injuries (RSI).
• Electrical & Fire Safety: Periodic electrical safety audits, certified fire extinguisher deployments, and unblocked emergency exits at our Beth Shalom, Kongorpilly facility.
• Clean Air & Sanitization: Regular air circulation maintenance, hygienic drinking water facilities, and sanitary washroom standards.

3Protocol for On-Site Client Factory & Field Audits

FOGS compliance consultants and auditors visiting client industrial sites, manufacturing plants, and construction projects must adhere to strict safety protocols:

• Mandatory PPE: Compliance with safety helmets, high-visibility vests, safety shoes, and eye protection matching the client's plant safety rating.
• Permit to Work (PTW): Adherence to client safety briefings, gate passes, and hazardous zone entry restrictions.
• Stop-Work Authority: Every FOGS auditor possesses the express right and duty to halt an on-site audit if immediate physical hazards or imminent life-safety dangers are detected.

4Mental Well-Being & Emotional Health

Recognizing psychological safety as integral to overall health, FOGS Consultants provides confidential mental health support, stress management programs, and certified counseling access across our workforce and client ecosystems powered by our dedicated Saantvana and Fogs Wellness platforms.

5Environmental Stewardship & Paperless Operations

• Paperless Compliance: Digitizing statutory registers, returns, and onboarding workflows through Compliance Forge to drastically reduce corporate paper waste.
• Energy Conservation: Using energy-efficient LED lighting, power-managed IT infrastructure, and responsible electronic waste disposal through certified e-waste recyclers in Kerala.

6Emergency Response & Reporting

In the event of any workplace emergency, accident, or hazard observation, personnel must report immediately to the designated Safety Officer.
