What is the difference between Form 19 and Form 10C?
▼
Form 19 is for withdrawing the entire EPF corpus (employee + employer share with interest). Form 10C is for claiming pension scheme withdrawal or scheme certificate. For full PF settlement, Form 19 is used.
Can I file Form 19 if I am still employed?
▼
No, Form 19 is only for final settlement after leaving employment. Partial withdrawals (advance) are filed under Form 31. We also provide Form 31 filing services.
How long does it take to get PF after filing Form 19?
▼
Ideally 15–20 days after employer approval. However, rejections or delays can extend it. With our assistance, we reduce processing time significantly through proactive follow-ups.
What if my employer does not approve Form 19?
▼
We escalate through employer contacts, send reminders, and if unresolved, file a grievance with EPFO to bypass employer or force approval. Our employer non-response service handles such cases.
Is there any tax on PF withdrawal?
▼
If you have less than 5 years of service, TDS may apply. We guide you on tax implications and help with Form 15G/15H to avoid TDS if eligible.
