Role Overview

Own the design experience across FOGS's client-facing platforms — from research and wireframes through to polished, production-ready interfaces used by thousands of job seekers, HR teams and businesses across the FOGS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
Maintain and evolve the FOGS design system across platforms
Run lightweight user research and usability testing
Collaborate closely with developers on implementation fidelity
Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate on feedback

Qualifications & Skills

2–5 years of product design experience, ideally B2B or SaaS
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles

The IT & Digital team builds and runs every FOGS Forge platform — the same products our clients use — while also delivering client-facing technology and digital transformation work. It's a small, senior-leaning team that ships fast and owns what it builds.
