- Deliver interview-technique and hiring-decision training
- Cover recruitment platform usage, including Hire Forge
- Update training content to reflect current hiring practice
Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of recruitment experience combined with training ability
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening and interview methodology
- Comfortable training both junior and experienced recruiters
- Clear, engaging presentation style
