What You'll Do
- Advise clients on process improvement and operational efficiency
- Design and document SOPs for service-delivery functions
- Identify and close operational gaps across client accounts
- Support internal FOGS operations improvement initiatives
Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of operations or process-consulting experience
- Strong process-mapping and documentation skills
- Practical, outcomes-focused problem-solving approach
- Comfortable working across diverse client operations
