What You'll Do
- Advise client businesses on strategy and organisational design
- Lead structured problem-solving on operational challenges
- Present recommendations to senior client stakeholders
- Coordinate with FOGS's specialist consultants on cross-functional projects
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of management consulting or senior advisory experience
- Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving
- Confident presenting to CXO-level stakeholders
- Comfortable leading ambiguous, cross-functional engagements
