Key Responsibilities
- Monitor labour law and statutory compliance changes across states
- Conduct compliance audits and gap analysis for client businesses
- Advise clients on remediation plans and implementation
- Prepare compliance reports and briefings for client leadership
- Support the wider compliance team on complex regulatory questions
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–6 years in labour law, statutory compliance or a related legal field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to regulatory detail
- Bachelor's degree in law, HR or a related discipline
- Experience conducting compliance audits is a strong plus

This role can grow into a Compliance Manager position, owning the compliance advisory function for a client segment.
