Key Responsibilities
- Handle EPF and ESIC registration for new client accounts
- Manage monthly EPF/ESIC filings and contribution reconciliation
- Support clients through EPFO and ESIC inspections
- Advise employers on compliance obligations and deadlines
- Maintain accurate compliance records for audit readiness
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–5 years of EPF/ESIC compliance experience
- Strong working knowledge of EPF and ESIC regulations
- Experience with EPFO and ESIC portals
- High accuracy and comfort with recurring statutory deadlines
