What You'll Do
- Design HR-focused training modules for client teams
- Deliver training on HR policy, compliance and people-management topics
- Update training content to reflect current HR practice and law
- Support Training Forge's HR curriculum development
Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of HR practice combined with training or facilitation experience
- Strong instructional-design and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of Indian HR compliance for accurate content
- Comfortable adapting content for different audience levels
