Role Overview
Deliver HR advisory, policy design, HRBP support and people-operations expertise to FOGS client engagements as consulting, project or freelance work. Applications are accepted throughout the year — there is no closing date for Expert Network opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Advise client organisations on HR policy, process design and HRBP support
- Support onboarding, performance management and employee-relations frameworks
- Diagnose people-operations gaps and recommend practical, compliant fixes
- Represent FOGS professionally across client-facing consulting engagements
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience
- Strong grasp of Indian labour law and HR best practice
- Comfortable working across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
