Role Overview

Source and screen candidates against client briefs on a freelance, assignment basis across IT and non-IT hiring. Applications are accepted throughout the year — there is no closing date for Expert Network opportunities.

What You'll Do

Source and screen candidates against client job briefs across sectors
Manage candidate pipelines through Hire Forge, FOGS's recruitment platform
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
Deliver shortlists within agreed assignment turnaround times

Who We're Looking For

2+ years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience
Comfortable working across multiple concurrent assignments
Strong candidate-screening and boolean-search skills
Reliable, deadline-driven and detail-oriented

About the Network

You'll work within FOGS's Recruitment & Talent Acquisition network, sourcing against live client mandates alongside our in-house recruitment consultants.
