Application and document verification
Your application, resume and LinkedIn profile are reviewed for relevant experience and specialisation fit. We verify identity and prior recruitment experience — this stage typically takes a few business days.
Recruitment assessment
Rather than a generic test, this is usually a short conversation about how you'd approach sourcing for a real (anonymised) role — we're looking for how you think about a search, not a scripted answer.
Background verification and approval
Standard professional reference and background checks follow, consistent with how we vet every partner on the network. Once approved, your profile is published internally and you become eligible for assignment matching.

- Fee-sharing terms are shared and agreed in writing before your first assignment, not after
- Ongoing training and platform access begin as soon as your profile is live
