| Form 31 | Application for a partial (advance) withdrawal for an eligible reason — medical, education, marriage, housing. |
| Composite Claim Form | Combines Form 19, 10C, and 31 into a single online submission for Aadhaar-KYC-verified members. |
| Form 10C | Application for withdrawal benefit or scheme certificate under the EPS pension scheme. |
| Form 10D | Application for monthly EPS pension, filed on reaching eligible age or under early-pension rules. |
