Payroll Consultant

Role Overview

Advise on payroll processing, salary structuring and statutory payroll compliance for client accounts on a consulting basis. Applications are accepted throughout the year — there is no closing date for Expert Network opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Advise clients on payroll processing accuracy and salary structuring
• Review statutory payroll compliance — PF, ESIC, PT, TDS — across accounts
• Recommend payroll process improvements and control-gap fixes
• Support clients through payroll audits and inspection queries

Who We're Looking For

• 4+ years of payroll processing or payroll advisory experience
• Strong knowledge of Indian statutory payroll compliance
• Proficiency with payroll software and salary-structuring principles
• High attention to detail with numbers and documentation
