Role Overview

Support HR, payroll and business analytics, dashboards and reporting for client engagements. Applications are accepted throughout the year — there is no closing date for Expert Network opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Build HR, payroll and business analytics dashboards for clients
• Support data cleaning, reporting and insight generation
• Translate raw client data into decision-ready reporting
• Collaborate with consultants across teams on data-driven advisory

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years of data analytics or reporting experience
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL and at least one BI tool
• Strong analytical thinking and data-storytelling skills
• Comfortable working across HR, payroll and business datasets
